Order processing times

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder, or contact us for confirmation.

Shipping:

Shipping times depend on location. USPS site quotes but does not guarantee 2-8 business days. If you select 2-day shipping, this does not include process time. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.

If additional processing time is needed, our team will reach out regarding any delays. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
